Common Questions

Security, password-reset, payment, verification and other required service communications may still be sent when necessary to operate the service.

Yes. Users can re-enable optional categories or applications at any time unless another suppression reason applies.

An application opt-out stops optional communications from a selected application. A global opt-out is intended to stop optional communications across all participating applications associated with the verified identity.

Choose Opt Out from the navigation menu, enter a valid email address, select one or more approved applications, and save the selections. A confirmation email is sent when the request is processed successfully.

Only applications that are Active and Approved by the System Administrator appear in the Quick Communication Opt-Out modal and the public Applications page.

No. A company administrator should not override a user's global opt-out without the user's explicit consent.

No. Optional promotional communications can be disabled, but required transactional or security notices may still be sent when necessary to provide the service.

Preference changes are stored when submitted. Participating applications should check OptedOut360 immediately before sending optional communications so the latest preference can be respected.

OptedOut360 can use a verified email identity and central contact strategy to coordinate communication preferences across participating applications while retaining application-specific controls.

Authenticated users can use the available dashboard history and preference-management areas to review recorded changes when those features are enabled for their account.

The platform is designed to support a conservative fail-safe mode in which optional promotional communication is withheld until preference status can be validated.

Use your dashboard, the Knowledge Base, or the contact method configured by your organization. Company users may also contact their Company or System Administrator.
